Our highly experienced instructors at Shimmy Shimmy Ya have been empowering people through dance for decades. We know dance is more than just physical exercise, It has the potential to increase self-esteem, trigger joy, improve outlook and mood and increased coordination. But most importantly: it’s fun! This is why we have created classes to cater for people of all abilities. We come to you in your space, we bring the music and we definitely bring the fun times!
