Terms and  Conditions

Minimum booking cost

We are delighted to accommodate smaller groups (under 9 guests), however, a minimum call-out fee of $350 will apply

 

Deposit

Once your booking request has been confirmed we require $99 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and to make sure no one else gets your preferred dates
 

Final payment

Final Payment is due 3 days before the event with your proof of payment sent to us.

 

Amendments

Changes to the number of guests attending can be made up to 72 hours prior to your event.

 

Amendments made within 3 days of your event will incur a late booking fee and unfortunately refunds will not be issued.

Travel fees

A travel fee will apply for locations outside a 20km radius of the CBD of Sydney, Newcastle, or the Central Coast. The fee varies depending on the distance

Safety

Please understand it is your responsibility to not be unduly intoxicated for the event as it is unsafe to engage in physical activity whilst under the heavy influence of alcohol or drugs.

At our instructors’ discretion they reserve the right to refuse to teach anyone who is unduly intoxicated and this will not result in a refund. This is to avoid any injuries that may come from dancing whilst under the influence of alcohol.

 

Please advise your instructor prior to the start of the event if there are any injuries.

 

Public holidays

A fee of $100 will be applied for Parties on public holidays.
